Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use govern access to SRS Cortex at cortex.srs and the Cortex marketing workspace operated by Mishagin Vyacheslav Vladimirovich under SRS Conglomerate.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Cortex, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable product documentation.
If you use Cortex on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Service description
SRS Cortex is a software-as-a-service platform for marketing teams to plan content, manage campaigns, connect social channels, schedule publications, analyze performance, and collaborate on approvals.
Features vary by subscription plan. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when changes materially affect paid customers.
Cortex integrates with third-party platforms (social networks, messaging apps, payment providers). Their availability and terms are outside our control.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Workspace admins may invite team members and assign roles. You must ensure invitees comply with these Terms and applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or remain inactive for extended periods after notice.
Acceptable use
You may not use Cortex to distribute malware, send spam, harass others, infringe intellectual property, or violate platform rules of connected channels.
You may not attempt unauthorized access to Cortex systems, other users' workspaces, or third-party accounts connected through the service.
Automated scraping of the Cortex application beyond documented API limits, credential sharing, or reselling access without authorization is prohibited.
Content responsibility
You retain ownership of content you upload or create in Cortex. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit content solely to provide the service.
You are solely responsible for the legality of marketing materials, ad copy, images, and messages published through connected accounts. Cortex does not pre-approve content.
We may remove content or disable publishing if we reasonably believe it violates law, third-party rights, or connected platform policies.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices and features are shown at checkout and on the Pricing page.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Taxes may apply based on your billing country.
Failure to pay may result in downgrade, suspension, or deletion of workspace data after reasonable notice, subject to legal retention requirements.
Intellectual property
SRS Cortex, its software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by the operator and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Cortex application except as permitted by law or written agreement.
Feedback you provide may be used to improve Cortex without obligation to compensate you.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time from Settings → Billing or by contacting support form.
We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirements. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.
Upon termination, your right to use Cortex ends. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
Limitation of liability
Cortex is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party integrations.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to fees you paid for Cortex in the twelve months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or campaign performance outcomes.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, where Mishagin Vyacheslav Vladimirovich is registered as an individual entrepreneur (SRS Conglomerate), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country may provide additional rights that cannot be waived by contract.
Disputes should first be addressed by contacting support form. Where required by law, you may bring claims before competent courts in your jurisdiction.
