Scope of this report
This transparency report summarizes how SRS Cortex — an AI-powered marketing platform for content planning, advertising, analytics, and team workflows — collects, uses, and protects customer data. It is published by Mishagin Vyacheslav Vladimirovich, operating under SRS Conglomerate.
This document covers our data practices, key subprocessors, policy on government and law enforcement requests, and our approach to security incident disclosure. For contractual terms, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Data practices
SRS Cortex processes marketing workspace data you provide: connected social accounts, campaign drafts, scheduled posts, analytics metrics, team membership, billing contacts, and support correspondence. We use this data solely to deliver and improve the service.
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure in the European Union unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain active account data for the duration of your subscription and delete or anonymize it within 30 days of verified account closure, except where longer retention is required by law or for legitimate disputes.
You may access, export, correct, or request deletion of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Submit data requests to support form from your registered account email.
Subprocessors
We engage trusted third-party providers to operate Cortex. Categories of subprocessors include:
- Cloud hosting and data storage — EU-based infrastructure for application hosting, databases, and backups.
- Email and customer support — transactional email delivery and helpdesk ticketing.
- Analytics and product telemetry — aggregated usage metrics to improve reliability and features.
- Payment processing — secure handling of subscription charges; card data is processed by the payment provider and not stored on Cortex servers.
- Infrastructure monitoring — uptime, error tracking, and security alerting for production systems.
Government and law enforcement requests
SRS Cortex respects lawful requests from government and law enforcement authorities. We review every request for legal validity, jurisdictional scope, and proportionality before disclosing customer data.
When permitted by law, we notify affected customers before disclosure so they may seek legal remedies. We reject overbroad, vague, or improperly authorized requests and challenge them where appropriate.
We do not provide direct access to customer accounts or bulk surveillance capabilities. Emergency disclosures are limited to situations involving imminent risk of death or serious bodily harm.
Security incidents
We maintain security controls aligned with industry practices for a SaaS marketing platform. When we confirm a security incident that affects customer data, we notify affected users without undue delay and describe remedial steps taken.
For real-time service availability and planned maintenance, refer to our public status page. Report suspected vulnerabilities through our Report a problem page.
