Getting started

Follow these steps to launch your first campaign in Cortex:

  • Sign up at cortex.srs and verify your email address.
  • Connect at least one marketing channel (Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, or X/Threads) from Settings → Channels.
  • Invite teammates with appropriate roles under Settings → Team.
  • Create your first campaign in Plan — add posts, set a schedule, and submit for approval or publish.

Workspace overview

The Cortex dashboard is organized into modules that mirror a marketing team's workflow:

Plan — strategy and content ideation. Schedule — calendar and publishing queue. Explore — research and competitive insights. Collaborate — approvals, comments, and client review cards. Analyze — performance reports across channels.

Connecting channels

Connect social and messaging accounts under Settings → Channels. Each platform requires authorization with the account owner:

  • Instagram — connect a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.
  • LinkedIn — authorize a Company Page or personal profile with posting permissions.
  • Telegram — add a bot token for channels or groups you administer.
  • X / Threads — authorize via OAuth; ensure the account has posting access and is not restricted.

Content calendar

Use Schedule to view posts by day, week, or month. Drag items to reschedule, apply labels, and filter by channel or campaign.

Enable approval workflows so managers review content before publishing. Cortex suggests optimal posting times based on your historical engagement data.

Analytics

The Analyze module displays engagement rate (ER), reach, impressions, follower growth, and channel-level comparisons for connected accounts.

Export PDF or CSV reports for client delivery. Pro and Company plans unlock extended date ranges and cross-campaign benchmarks.

Team and approvals

Assign roles — Admin, Editor, Viewer, or Client Review — to control who can publish, edit, or comment on content.

Client review cards let external stakeholders approve posts via a secure link without full workspace access.

Plans and limits

Starter — essential calendar, two channels, basic analytics. Pro — expanded channels, approval workflows, advanced reports. Company — unlimited seats, API access, webhooks, and priority support.

Compare full feature lists and pricing on the Pricing page. Upgrade from Settings → Billing at any time.

API and webhooks

Company plan customers can request API keys and webhook endpoints to integrate Cortex with internal tools, CRMs, or custom dashboards.

Contact support form to enable API access, review rate limits, and receive integration documentation.
